Appointments:

Are made by calling the office at 417-781-7220 during office hours. It is necessary to call ahead to schedule an appointment. Every effort will be made to provide you with prompt attention at the time of your appointment. Due to unscheduled nature of emergencies occassional delays do occur. Please be sure to supply our office with an emergency contact number in case an emergency should arise. Our office will notify you if possible in advance when Dr. Schoenfeld will be delayed. If you are unable to keep your appointment, kindly give our office 24 hours notice.

Change of Address:

It is important to let our office know immediately of any change of address. Undeliverable statement of charge are promptly turned over to a collection agency.
